Privacy Policy Notice. Attorneys who provide legal services involving financial matters of clients are required by federal law to inform their clients of their policies regarding the privacy of client’s information. The purpose of this Notice is to explain what we do with the financial information provided to us, and the ways we protect our clients’ privacy.

Types of Nonpublic Personal Information We Collect. We collect nonpublic personal information about our clients that is provided to us by our clients or obtained by us in the course of providing legal services requested by our clients. This information, in some cases, includes information about our clients’ personal finances and property.

Disclosure of Information. We disclose nonpublic personal information about our clients only to individuals or entities necessary in order to provide our clients with the legal services they have requested. For instance, our staff may have access to our clients’ nonpublic, personal information in order for us to efficiently provide legal services. In some situations we may provide information to another organization (such as our clients’ accountant, realtor or insurance company) in order to obtain information or assist us in providing legal

 
services. At all times, however, we do not disclose, without our clients’ prior permission, nonpublic information that is protected by the attorney-client privilege and/or the attorney work-product privilege. Within this context, we do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients to anyone, except as necessary to provide our clients with the legal services that they have requested.

Physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online side are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;

Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material;

Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted;

A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
